Canned Tuna Spring Rolls (San Marino Tuna Recipe): It has been raining non-stop the past few days so we stocked up some (a lot) of canned goods at home. You know, just in case we can’t leave our house because of the flooding and heavy rains. But this doesn’t mean we’re stuck with boring food for days. There’re actually lots of quick and easy ways that you can prepare a decent dish with canned food. A few weeks ago we prepared corned beef hash from scratch, using canned corned beef and some potatoes. To be fair, it turned out really good!

This Canned Tuna Spring Rolls recipe is good for 2-3 people, and can be prepared in as fast as 20-30 minutes. You can also make this recipe using regular tuna flakes, but we used corned tuna so the consistency is closer to ground meat, plus it’s more flavorful.
