I’m sure I’m not alone with my resolution to (hopefully) lose some weight this year. I’m guessing na puno na naman ang mga gyms, and quota na naman sa sales ang mga diet delivery services this month. But it’s easier said than done! When I try to eat healthy, minsan may mag bbirthday and may libreng pakain. When I plan on working out, meron namang mag-aaya ng dinner. Haaay…
This is why I decided to be creative and thought of some alternative ways of losing weight. Every calorie counts nga diba? Here are a few tips para pumayat:
Di ka nga lang pwedeng magpa picture mag-isa.

Isipin mo na lang, magkaka jowa ka rin pag pumayat ka na.

It’s a sad life 🙁

Share your food, share the calories.

Para ka na ring nasa sauna.

O kaya mojos.

Mapipilitan ka ring mag lakad kasi wala ka nang pam pamasahe

Eh ayaw na rin mag adjust nung luma mong clothes eh.

Yung tipong spinal cord mo na lang ang nakaka-upo.
