Fudgee Bar Cake Recipe: No baking skills? No problem! You can make a really simple, no-bake chocolate cake using just 3 ingredients – all-purpose cream, condensed milk, and Fudgee Barrs! If you’re feeling fancy, you can also add some cocoa powder for that extra chocolatey flavor. Serve this Fudgee Bar Cake in a tub or glass container and I’m telling you, the kids won’t even notice that it’s actually that cake snack that they can buy from sari-sari stores!
To be honest, making a cake out of Fudgee Barr felt like cheating because it’s technically a chocolate cake already. But hey, who says you can’t level up your favorite childhood snack right?
No-Bake Fudgee Bar Cake Recipe
3 Ingredients (serves 3 people):
- 250ml all-purpose cream, chilled
- 100 ml condensed milk
- 4 pcs Fudgee Barrs
- Optional: Cocoa powder for sprinkling on top
Fudgee Bar Cake Procedure:
- Using a mixer or immersion blender, whip the all-purpose cream until it becomes thick and airy.
- Add the condensed milk and whip again until the mixture doubles in size. Then set aside.
- Slice the Fudgee Barrs in half from the side (as shown in the clip below) so that the chocolate filling is exposed.
- Place the slices at the bottom of the container. As much as possible, don’t leave gaps in between the cakes. You can fill this with more Fudgee Bar crumbs if needed.
- Put a layer of the cream mixture on top of the Fudgee Barrs.
- Repeat the process of adding Fudgee Barrs and cream layers until you fill the container. The last layer must be cream.
- This is optional but you can sprinkle cocoa powder on top of the cream for a cleaner finish.
- Refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.

The fun part about this Fudgee Bar Cake recipe is it’s easy to experiment with it. You can turn it into a dream cake for example, by just tweaking the amount of ingredients. My other favorite versions are the Dalgona Cake Fugdee Bar and Fudgee Bar Ice Cream Cake:
Dalgona Cake Fugdee Bar
Another version of this Fudgee Bar cake is the Dalgona Cake Fugdee Bar. You can follow the same procedure as above, except you may add powdered coffee to the cream before you whisk it. Almost like a Tiramisu if you ask me.
Fudgee Bar Ice Cream cake
Turn this recipe into a Fudgee Bar Ice Cream Cake by making a few simple changes in the procedure. Instead of refrigerating the cake, try leaving it overnight in the freezer! You should also make the cream layers thicker since this is what makes up the “ice cream”.
