Equipment

  • 1 hand mixer

Ingredients

  • 6-7 pcs. Fudgee Barrs vanilla flavor
  • Strawberry Slices

For the Milk Mixture

  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

For the Cream

  • 250 ml all-purpose cream
  • 100 ml condensed milk

Instructions

  • Mix the 1 cup fresh milk, ½ cup condensed milk, ½ cup evaporated milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Set aside.
  • For the cream, whip 250ml all-purpose cream until fluffy. Add the 100ml condensed milk then whip again to mix. Set aside.
  • Open the packs of Fudgee bars and arrange them into a layer in your container.
  • Poke holes into the Fudgee Bars. This will allow the milk to be absorbed easier into the cake.
  • Add another layer of Fudgee Bars on top. You can use an extra Fudgee Bar to seal any gaps on the sides. Poke holes again on this second layer of Fudgee Bars.
  • Generously pour your milk mixture into the layered Fudgee Bar cakes. Keep on pouring until the whole cake is soaked and soggy.
  • Slather the cake with whipped cream on top.
  • Top with sliced strawberries.
  • Chill in the fridge overnight.
