After several consultations with the NCCA, UP Film Institute, and Probe Media Foundation, the Festival Organizers of the Daang Dokyu Film Festival have decided to postpone the event initially scheduled to run on March 16-21, 2020. This is in accordance with the health protocols set by the Department of Health regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
Earlier this week, the UP Film Institute (UPFI) has announced the suspension of all public events indefinitely, as a response to COVID-19 concerns. This follows President Duterte’s declaration of state of public health emergency and UP Diliman Chancellor Fidel Nemenzo’s order to cancel big events within the campus. Daang Dokyu was supposed to be held in UPFI.
Daang Dokyu announced through Twitter that tickets that have been booked in advance will still be honored for the rescheduled dates. Audience members who have booked tickets in advance will also receive a gift as a “gesture of gratitude”.

For those who wish to get a refund, they may do so by emailing info@daangdokyu.ph.
